What I have been noting on YouTube
17/12/2014
I wondered if you could get a text listing of your YouTube playlists. Sure enough, someone has written a little utility to do the job.
Update 31/05/2020
It appears the utility, YoutubeExport, now only works for the 30 most recently updated playlists, not all your playlists.
I think this limitation was a change at YouTube's end, because it began between May & November 2016.
At the time of this post my 2014 version of the utility downloaded 48, and in May 2016 96, yet in Nov 2016 it was only 30.
Both my old 2014 version 1.2.0.0 and my newly downloded 2017 version 1.3.1.0 currently only download 30.
Update 18/05/2023
I got fed up with the 30-item limitation of YoutubeExport,
I did some research and found a good way to export ALL items of a playlist, albeit one Playlist at a time.
If you are keen and computer-literate I have added instructions in a text box at the bottom of this page.
I think I felt a need to demonstrate my eclecticism with this post.
I like to hope somebody might have their curiosity aroused.
The 48 Playlists below are in order of creation from recent to old.
The 658 items may have been added to a list at any time after list creation.
You could perhaps draw some conclusions regarding my interests and musical tastes from the relative sizes of the lists.
Postscript 31/05/2020
I now have 130 playlists containing 4063 videos!
Postscript 10/09/2023
I now have 152 playlists containing 6746 videos!

New Playlist Export Method as .csv file for import to OpenOffice Calc
I installed this for the Firefox browser, which I prefer.
Initial Set-up
Install Tampermonkey script handler to Firefox browser by going to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/tampermonkey/
It's also available for Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, Opera and Next.
Install script "Export Youtube Playlist in tab delimited text" (Creates the current playlist as tab delimited text to be easily copied) by going to site https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/418605-export-youtube-playlist-in-tab-delimited-text
Process
In Firefox, navigate to YouTube playlist
On Playlist page, click the "Export list as tab delimited text" button (which is now always there thanks to the script) to show a list of the video names, channels, duration and URLs, so they can be easily copied.
A pop-up window opens, showing the text. Click on pop-up button "Select all and copy".
Open Notepad and select "Paste".
Go back to Playlist page and Copy Playlist name.
Go back to Notepad and "Save As" Filename [paste Playlist name].Filetype extension [.csv] to desired File Explorer Playlist folder.
Open .csv file in OpenOffice Calc. (Or your preferred spreadsheet program.)
"Save As" Filename [paste Playlist name].Filetype extension [.ods or whatever] to desired File Explorer Playlist folder.
Delete the .csv file if desired.
